Project Overview
Perry & Associates was brought on to this renovation project. Two existing fire escapes were in need of updates, one 5 stories in height and one 3 stories in height. Repair drawings were provided to update these the fire escapes.

Perry & Associates also provided additional services beyond the structural drawings. Bidding assistance and analysis, and required permitting. Construction phase services were also provided including pre-construction meeting, review of submittals and pay applications, responses to RFI’s and punch-list walk throughs.
