Project Overview 
The Enclave Bucktown project was proposed in 2015 as a great addition to the neighborhood. Forty-nine rowhomes over 2.25 acres near the Western Blue Line stop went up in a variety of three and four story buildings. The units range from 1,800 to 2,400 sq ft and all have a garage and rooftop deck. With gorgeous designs and a luxury feel, these three and four bedroom residences have a great presence.

Perry & Associates was brought onto this project to create the structural drawings for the row homes. design the trailer tie downs and slab foundation for a pre-fabricated building.
