Project Overview
Perry & Associates was the structural engineer of record and the architect was Ilekis Associates, PC. The work consisted of new cooling tower concrete pads, lobby demolition and re-framing, skylight removal and new framing, roofing removal and replacement, and masonry steel lintel removal and replacement, and a new canopy.
