Project Overview
Perry & Associates was the structural engineer of record for the extensive interior remodeling of the Nicolas Senn Auditorium.  The architect-of-record is NIA Architects, Inc. The theater consultant is Schuler Shook.

The work consisted of the structural modifications to the seating configuration to allow for better visibility.  Other work consisted of the design of two new lighting catwalks. Perry & Associates worked closely with the Building Department, City of Chicago, in receiving approval for the light weight fill between the existing and the new sloped floor.
