Perry & Associates provided design services for this residential project. The project included the design of a new 10 feet tall brick serpentine, two new concrete equipment pads for a chiller and an emergency generator, a new second floor concrete balcony with new concrete stairs down to grade, and floor infill for the existing stair openings in the ten existing two-story townhomes.
