Project Overview

Perry & Associates did the structural designs for this new residential project. The project consists of four new four-story apartment buildings with ground level parking garages, a new two-story club house, four terraces with green roofs, and pergolas and cabanas at the terraces and pool. Each building will have 36 units for a total of 144 units with a total area of approximately 298,411 square-feet. The first floor is poured in place concrete up to the second floor deck. The second through fourth floors are load-bearing metal studs with joists and concrete on metal deck and brick veneer. The roof framing is performance-specified metal trusses. This project is just starting construction, and photos will be updated as the project progresses.
