Project Overview
Perry & Associates conducted a feasibility study for a partial demolition of a building due to modifications to the CTA Brown Line track layout. This project included the development of two general structural schemes for the proposed new layout and structural design of chosen layout. The total project scope included a feasibility study, and structural and architectural construction documents. We further provided design analysis and construction documents.
